Take Me Out provides itinerary-planning and outing recommendation tools that may use your selected preferences and location to suggest stops, routes, and related planning information.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including maps, business listings, booking platforms, analytics tools, or email tools. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAKE ME OUT AND ITS FOUNDERS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Take Me Out and its affiliates, owners, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
